2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
2/3 Cup Diced Peaches
2/3 Cup Fresh Blueberries
2 Egg Whites or Equivalent Amount of Egg Substitute
2-3 Cups Non-Fat Milk or Soy/Rice Milk
